B2B Portal & User Access
Agency staff log into a dedicated portal where they see only the hotels and contracts linked to their agency. They can create reservations, view their booking history, and download vouchers. All actions are scoped so they never see data from other agencies or internal operations.
Subscription Tiers
Agencies can be assigned to subscription tiers that control feature access. Basic tiers cover reservation creation and viewing. Professional tiers add reporting, bulk booking, and API access. Enterprise tiers include unlimited users and custom integrations.
Reconciliation & Accounts
Agency reservations automatically flow into the accounts module. Outstanding balances, payment deadlines, and commission calculations are tracked per agency. Monthly statements can be generated and exported for reconciliation.
