Hotel Profile
The hotel profile stores the core identity of your property: name, category, theme, default currency, time zone, and contact details. This profile is referenced by contracts, reservations, and channel-manager mappings.
- Star rating and property theme tags
- Multi-currency default with fallback logic
- Address, phone, email, and website linking
- Property-level image galleries
Room Types & Physical Rooms
Room types are the conceptual categories that appear in contracts and reservations. Physical rooms are the actual units with numbers, floor assignments, and operational statuses. A room type must be defined before any physical room can be created.
- Room-type codes for contract mapping
- Physical room numbers with unique hotel-level constraints
- Floor and building-wing assignments
- Operational status: Clean, Dirty, Maintenance, Inspected
- Master/connected room relationships
Floor & Room Status
Housekeeping and front desk teams use the floor rack to visualize and update room statuses in real time. Rooms marked as maintenance are automatically excluded from sellable inventory. The inspected status confirms that a supervisor has verified cleanliness before the room is offered to arriving guests.
Board Plans
Board types define the meal plan attached to a reservation: Room Only, Bed & Breakfast, Half Board, Full Board, All Inclusive, and Ultra All Inclusive. Each board plan must be linked to a hotel and have corresponding contract pricing before it can be selected during reservation.
Stop-Sale at Floor Level
In addition to contract-level stop-sales, you can close an entire floor for a date range. This is useful during renovation periods or when allocating a floor to an exclusive group.
